Update an app
Keep your app's content and metadata in sync with your site.
Your app follows your site: web content updates are live as soon as the site deploys, with no action required. Name and icon changes update the record immediately and reach devices with the next operated build, which Appo runs.
Content updates require no action: deploy your site and the app reflects the change immediately.
For name or icon changes, open the app settings on apps.goappo.io and update the fields. The record updates immediately; devices receive the change with the next operated build.
appo apps update <id> [--name <n>] [--url <u>] [--icon <https-url>]Omit any flag to leave that field unchanged. --url alone is a content-only
change; --name and --icon update the record and reach devices with the
next operated build.
Ask your assistant to update content fields: it calls configure_app with
name and/or base_url. For icon changes, it calls set_icon.
